Where You Found Your Sugar Glider Diet Formula
I feed my gliders a mix of whole grain baby cereal with shaved cuttlebone (birdie type) soy protien, powdered, and wheat germ, all mixed together in a large cleaned mayo jar. Then, every other evening, I mix that mix with water/ milk and a bit of honey to an consistancy of what you would feed a baby, (kinda slushy) on a small divided plate inside a clear plastic shoebox with doorknob-sized holes at both ends. Add friuts and veg into other sections of the plate, and take away the whole thing in the morning! Wash it all and do a varied diet each nite. sure makes it sooo much easier to clean the cage. What are the ingredients or where can it be purchased?
I vary the diet with combos of a bit of banana, avocado, jelly, garden veg., grapes, fig bits, dried fruits & nuts, trail mixes, fish bits, or bits of meat on bone (beef only, not pork), some chicken, cat food, or people food, rarely a bit of bread w/mayo or p.butter, sunflower seeds, or a raw peanut or 2.

- Catnip is poison! Honey or jelly is good encouragement to pickies. They also love fresh grapes and avacado! Read lots; research, research, research!
