It is important to not that this technique should be reserved for times only when necessary, as many rabbits will feel very insecure and frightened when held this way. It is also important to make sure the rabbit is well supported. This video shows how to cradle a small rabbit in your arms (larger rabbits need more support, for example in your lap).
