Just because they are a vet doesn't mean they will treat any animal out there. Different training is needed in order to be able to treat exotic pets, therefore finding an exotics vet can be a little more difficult than just finding a good vet. Check to see if the exotics vet listed treats your specific exotic pet by calling the listed number. Some vets see pocket pets, some see reptiles, some see birds, and some see anything, but make sure it is legal to own where you live first!
