On June 1, 2007 I became proud mom to three young pet rats adopted from my local SPCA shelter. I've wanted rats for a long time, but for various reasons, including reluctant family members, I just never did.
Well, I was visiting the SPCA website for for a completely unrelated reason on May 30, and saw a plea for homes for a "large number" of young rats, and the rest is history. Here they are!
