Charlie Chinchilla Cracker Treats are a decent supplement for a chinchillas diet, and they could also be fed to other small pets. They are labelled as suitable for guinea pigs and rabbits, but I think there are better treat choices for these pets. However, as far as treat foods for chinchillas and other small pets go, Chinchilla Cracker Treats are based on healthy foods and make a good occasional treat. Label recommendations state that 1-2 treats can be given a day, but I would feed less than that in combination with other fresh foods as treats.
