Burmese Pythons

Wednesday January 31, 2007
Burmese pythons are enormous snakes and are definitely not a good choice for beginners. For someone experienced with snakes, they are generally pretty good pets. They tend to have a fairly docile temperament (especially compared to other large snakes), but it is not easy to house a snake of this size. More importantly, being complacent about their strength and can be a lethal mistake as these snakes have been involved in a few fatalities. More information on what it takes to care for these giant snakes can be found in Burmese Pythons.

this article is very much true. this snake can get huge and not very many people can deal with that. a ball python is an excelent starter not a burm.
