Aquatic Turtles and Outdoor Ponds.

Since garden ponds have become more popular, more turtle owners seem to be wondering about putting turtles in a backyard pond. There is little doubt that with a favorable climate and well-designed turtle pond, aquatic turtles usually benefit from time spent outdoors in natural sunlight in a bigger habitat than an aquarium. Keeping them outdoors is not without risk though, including from predators.
