Lovebirds

Thursday December 2, 2004
Lovebirds are little parrots with compact bodies and huge personalities. Lovebirds are extremely social so if you do not have the time or energy to provide the social interaction these birds need to thrive you should consider keeping a pair. However, if you give lots of time and attention (tempered with a good deal of training) to a single lovebird it will likely bond to you very deeply, and you will find yourself with a playful, devoted companion. Find out more about the qualities of lovebirds and the basic care of pet lovebirds in the Lovebird Profile.
