Having a College Pet

Friday July 30, 2010

If you are thinking about taking a pet away to college with you, or if you are worried your child won't be prepared to care for their pet while they have it at school with them, be sure to check out this list of 10 tips for bringing a pet to college.

Schools, roommates, and budgets are things you should check with first, but there are some benefits to bringing a pet to school with you.  Of course it isn't for everyone, though.  Not all students make responsible pet owners, and sometimes course loads are just too heavy to care for an animal.  Choose wisely but enjoy college nonetheless.

If you feed any frozen mice, rats, or chicks from Mice Direct or any store that purchases their product from Mice Direct, this blog is for you!
